What Avitus Group does well

• ✓One of the few PEOs headquartered in Montana, with genuine Rocky Mountain market knowledge
• ✓Unusually broad service menu: co-employment plus accounting, tax prep, recruiting, branding and managed IT under one contract
• ✓Independently held since 1996, so no private equity roll-up churn in the service model
• ✓Services can be bought a la carte or bundled, so a client can start with payroll and add co-employment later
• ✓Has grown by acquisition into adjacent lines such as IT consulting, which deepens the non-HR side of the offering

Watch-outs and limitations
